**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide basic information to callers or direct them to appropriate contacts
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure timely resolution
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
