We are a fast-paced dermatology and cosmetic practice seeking an experienced, dynamic full- time front desk receptionist to join our team.
-Modernizing Medicine (EMA) experience a PLUS
Requirements:
*Multitask
*Dependable, organized and punctual.
*Friendly, *Computer literate .
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Check-in and check-out (collect co-pays, deductibles & coinsurance).
- Verify patient's insurance eligibility and update insurance.
- Answer incoming calls, return calls, & take messages.
- Make and confirm appointments.
- Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area.
- General office support, including but not limited to scanning, copying, filing, faxing, shredding, and general office duties
-Obtain referrals and authorizations
-Other duties related to front desk and medical assistant tasks
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
