Job Title : Activities Assistant (Full Time)
Shift : 10-7 or 11-8 Sunday - Friday
Job Description :
Pay Rate : $15.25 / hr

Minimum Qualifications :
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Previous experience with geriatric / adult population preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player with a compassionate and pleasant personality
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead engaging resident recreation activities, from cognitive enrichment to physical fitness classes
- Coordinate monthly festivities and parties at the facility
- Organize special interest activities tailored to residents' preferences
- Ensure resident safety, maintain confidentiality, and show sensitivity to older adults' needs and concerns
