What does the Hybrid Remote Therapist do specifically?
Where is this job based? Is this an in-person position?
This is a full-time, mostly in-person position based out of our Baltimore, Maryland Campus. The Hybrid Remote Therapist serves youth ages 12-20 in campus- and community-based group homes, including specialized programs for youth who have experienced human trafficking and youth with emotional, cognitive, and developmental disabilities.
Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and must include two evening shifts (e.g. 12:00pm– 8 p.m.). This position is part of the Therapist on Call rotation. BCC has a flex schedule policy that may allow this role to shift the start time a little earlier or later in the day. BCC has a telework policy that allows up to one day a week of remote work, with flexibility for life's unpredictable moments and weather.
