This position provide legal assistance in managing and implementing all functions for the Department of Legal Affairs and will be responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to FPI and the Medical Service Plan (MSP) participating entities (i.e., physician practice groups (each a “PA”, collectively, the “PAs”) affiliated with FPI).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. Health Law Certificate from the University of Maryland School of Law or a similarly situated program preferred.
Admission to the Maryland Bar.
A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience as practicing attorney.
