Licensed Therapist (Remote)

PGIC is looking for qualified candidates to join our team! The ideal candidate is flexible, passionate, and reliable, wanting to be a part of a growing Program. The workload consists of maintaining a therapy caseload, documentation, and being part of a Clinical team.

We collaborate WITH our clients in all aspects of their lives, including employment, academic achievement, housing, health education and wellness management, budgeting, transportation, coping skills, and support for substance use/abuse. We believe in a holistic approach and so we also offer therapy, medication management, and IOP for SUD.

Position Summary

The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for assessment of clients including the development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. The clinician interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their area of expertise. Sets objectives and goals for treatment and develops treatment plans in conjunction with the medical director, Implements and monitors treatment plan. Provides individual or group treatment, such as psychotherapy, supportive therapy or crisis intervention on a long term or short-term basis to various populations and age groups.

Compensation

Paid per session with insurance pay appointments.

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC-C, LPC, LCSW, LCSW-C
• Access to high-speed internet
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Energetic and ambitious attitude
