We are seeking a professional level Data Entry Clerk to join our team onsite in Pittsburgh, PA for a 3-month contract. If you have 3 years of data entry experience in a fast paced high volume environment with a great attention to detail please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Enter information from a variety of sources into a computer database
• Meet daily standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness for time-sensitive situations
• Enter data into a free text form (new account forms, names, address, etc)
• Comprehend and listen to directions, use MS office applications.
• Operate a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format.
• May be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a data entry clerk or in a equivalent role
• Possesses knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, applications, and procedures
• Previously demonstrated experience following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Familiarity with MS Office and Lotus Notes required
