DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The Data Entry Specialist will backup Accounting Coordinators with data entry:
  • Accurately key data from reporting & spreadsheets into accounting system
  • Accurately key data from reporting and sources into spreadsheets
  • Discretely and accurately key data, including payroll data, as required
• The Data Entry Specialist may assist with light reconciliations and/or invoice keying as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Data Entry Specialist must have strong 10-key skills
• General accounting experience sufficient to complete the tasks listed above
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Preferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work with others
