POSITION SUMMARY
We consider this role a critical part of the accounting team. The firm is in transition from a medium to large sized business.It is an exciting environment. Our accounts payable manager works directly with our operations team and other business leaders and has a meaningful impact on the company. The best candidate will be someone who likes to get involved in and support the business.
Base Salary Range is $65,000 - $80,000

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead an AP team of 3-4 staff members in accurate and timely processing of invoices
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage unapproved invoices
• Process checks
• Review subcontractor packets
• Ensure W-9 verification
• Track certificate of insurance information
• Lead the transition towards utilizing purchase orders and subcontracts in our ERP system

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting preferred
• Well versed in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
• Experience with Viewpoint Accounting Software a plus
• Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Supervisory experience preferred

COMPENSATION
This position offers a competitive base salary plus sales commission.
