BlueWater Federal is looking for an IT Program Manager to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) Headquarters (HQ).
Responsibilities- Serve as the PM and Sr. Staff Information Technology Lead for all IT staff, Knowledge Management coordination, and IA support services including desk phone, mobile devices, Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) equipment/peripherals, and multi-function devices/printers.
- Serve as the Site Lead and liaison between the HQ staff and the NGEN management team. Coordinate A/V and VTC support, Application Development, and Portal for related web technologies (on premise and/or cloud). Coordinate Network Engineering to support O&M of the HQ SECRET, NATO, Coalition and UNCLASSIFIED networks and associated hardware and software.
- Work with the Maritime Operations Center (MOC) to provide network, systems support for the full array of the MOC tactical systems supporting US Fleet Force's role to STRATCOM and NORTHCOM/NORAD.
- Bachelors Degree is required
- 12 years of program related experience with at least 8 years functional or program management experience
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- In-depth knowledge of the Cyber Security Inspection and Certification Program (CSICP) requirements and processes.
- Specific management experience of a complex site with networks of various classifications, multiple MOC systems, custom applications and advanced VTC suites.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
