You will serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with decision-makers and influencers to foster trust, identify new contract opportunities, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This position requires regular communication through various channels, including phone, email, text, face-to-face meetings, lunches, dinners, special events, and other activities.What you’ll do….

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning BlueTeam as the preferred service provider
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new contracts and opportunities within client portfolios to drive revenue growth and expand BlueTeam's presence
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, collaborating closely to ensure that client needs are met, and expectations are exceeded
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication, effective problem-solving, and a relentless commitment to outstanding customer service
• Travel: Travel to client properties and corporate offices as needed to maintain in-person relationships and gather insights into client operations
