3 years experience in market research or research tech
Ability to be in person at our NYC office 3-4 times per month
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in problem solving
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Experience leading complex client conversations
Coachable and eager to expand skills and knowledge around account management and sales
