BlueSun Inc has an excellent opportunity for a full-time temporary Project Coordinator for Clean Water Services
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:Performsa wide variety of responsible and complex administrative, technical, and database management dutiesin support of integrated project planning, collaboration, coordination, and delivery.
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions listed below are not intended to reflect all duties that may be assigned to this classification. The District may augment duties and/or essential functions at its discretion. Additionally, some incumbents may not perform all Essential Functions.)
1. Act as the system super user for business systems, such as, Prosight, MS Project, PROCORE, SharePoint, and Oracle. Audit and maintain accuracy of databases through updates; input, import and integrate data from other sources (e.g., GIS, Access); develop technical reports; and provide training to users.
2. Audit and track Expenditures to Budget, and prepare periodic project update reports to the Project Delivery Team that may be forwarded on to stakeholders at key points in the project.
3. Coordinate the development of enhanced cross-departmental collaboration for integrated project planning, scoping, and delivery. Coordinate and facilitate efficient planning, coordination, and scheduling and execution of team meetings. Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders 
4. Provide complex assistance to team by tracking contracts and program schedules, following up on action items from team meetings and participating in and/or leading project teams.
5. Support senior managers and internal and external partners by scheduling and preparing meetings, and coordinating required appointment materials, including agendas, presentations, print and digital media. 
 6. Post meeting minutes, presentations, and action items on TEAMS site 
 7. Coordinate with Communication Resource team to draft materials and disseminate information on team activities internally.
 8. Coordinate final handoff of construction related documents to the appropriate owners for maintenance needs, verify items such as GIS mapping have been updated or assist in providing guidance to correct.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY
KNOWLEDGE OF:
· Moderately complex project management principles, practices, and standards
· Pertinent CWS policies and regulations
· Contemporary office management practices and procedures
Record keeping and office filing
· Basic principles of data collection and report compilation
· Methods and procedures of budgeting and fiscal monitoring
· Teambuilding and coaching techniques and practices
· Pertinent Federal, State, and local laws

SKILL IN:
· Utilization of project management software to understand the sequencing and methodology of construction/project workflows and documentation.
· Reading and interpreting complex topographic, location, and property record maps
· Reading and interpreting complex utility layouts
· Use of computers and computer software for GIS database management, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling and office applications
· Maintaining web-based databases and knowledge/experience of the interface with GIS
ABILITY TO:
 · Maintain accurate records
· Research, analyze and summarize data
· Monitor budget revenues and expenditures
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work including a variety of District city and other government officials, community groups, and the general public
· Operate effectively in a team environment
· Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
 SKILL IN:
· Use of computers and computer software for GIS database management, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling and office applications
· Maintaining web-based databases and knowledge/experience of the interface with GIS.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledges, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required KSAs would be:
2 years of experience in complex office administration use of computer software, and office equipment.
College-level coursework in business administration, environmental science, or a related field.
Specialized training in data management and associated software, office administration, business communication and related fields.

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Upon selection, candidates must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license.
