BlueHalo is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to BlueHalo users. The Technician should have good technical Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Technician should have the ability to search for solution through the web and apply a solution effectively. Technician will be required to act swiftly to technical issues of users and limit downtime of systems. Technician performance will be based on ability to open and close ticket with positive response from users. Technician should have the ability to have a positive attitude and be willing to have fun on the job and during section outings.
