Responsibilities

BlueHalo is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to BlueHalo users. The Technician should have good technical Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Technician should have the ability to search for solution through the web and apply a solution effectively. Technician will be required to act swiftly to technical issues of users and limit downtime of systems. Technician performance will be based on ability to open and close ticket with positive response from users. Technician should have the ability to have a positive attitude and be willing to have fun on the job and during section outings.

Qualifications

  • A United States Citizen, able to obtain and maintain A United States Department of Defense Security Clearance.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Help Desk Experience
  • Knowledge of basic operating systems including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  • Basic Troubleshooting skills; diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An openness to learning new technologies

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 1 years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • Highly organized
