BLUE Missions is Hiring a Marketing & Events Manager Near MIAMI, FL
Title: Marketing & Events Manager
Reporting: Position reports directly to Creative Director
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
Benefits: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401K (Employer Matching after 1 year) Unlimited Vacation
Flexibility: 3 days per week in office (Tu-Th) ; 2 days per week work from home (M/F)
Start Date: As soon as available
Description: Oversee the brand’s public image through in-person experiences and communications
Key Objectives of Role:
- Lead the planning and execution of in-person BLUE Events (80%)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute major fundraising events including but not limited to:
- BLUE Cocktail, Golf Tournament & BLUE Gala
- BLUE Ambassador Dinner Parties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events including but not limited to:
- Impact Summit, Homecoming, World Water Day, & “I’ll Drink to That” Happy Hours (6)
- Work with Creative Director on event branding, development of look and feel, and creation of event collateral
- Assemble and train team of volunteers that will assist with event registration and execution
- Design and creation of activations
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and communication for all events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute major fundraising events including but not limited to:
- Assist Creative Director and Marketing Manager in the management of BLUE’s brand and the execution of digital and print marketing campaigns (20%)
- Social Media
- Email Marketing
- Public Relations
