Content Marketing Specialist

1-Content Creation & Development

• Manage and regularly update a content/editorial calendar tailored to business needs.

• Deliver high-quality, error-free, SEO-optimized content.

• Leverage SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable by search engines.

• Conduct research to create informed and educational content.

• Stay informed on industry trends, target audience preferences, and relevant topics.

2-VIdeo Content & Multimedia Production

• Capture, edit, and produce photography, graphics, and video to support content and brand efforts.

• Visit job sites to photograph finished products and services, highlighting company achievements.

• Use visual storytelling to amplify the brand across platforms.

3-Social Media & Brand Management

• Manage the company's presence on various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google my Business, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

• Design, build, and monitor social ad campaigns through various platform-specific ad managers.

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of social media content, promotions and campaigns.

4-Project Management and Sales Team Collaboration

• Participate in strategic campaign planning & strategy sessions throughout the year in Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Head of Sales and other department heads for campaign strategy and planning.

• Project manage high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials, maintaining efficient communication within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

5-Analytics & Reporting

• Measure content and campaign success against departmental KPIs, iterating based on performance data.

• Analyze, evaluate and recommend actions for marketing and sales teams in order to achieve company objectives

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
