What is this role? 
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist for Cirkul, you’ll work hand in hand with our Sr. Brand Marketing Manager and Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to support the team’s efforts in growing and cultivating strong relationships with our influencers through product exchanges, paid campaigns, and event opportunities. 

What does an average day look like? 

• Driving Results: Support and maintain the Influencer Directory to ensure it’s accurate and reflects the most up-to-date information to support our influencers and marketing efforts.
• Taking Ownership: Support channel optimization influencer marketing strategy to drive results. Continue to find ways to grow and engage with our Influencer Community.
• Making Decisions: Maintain a pulse on emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and influencers while actively identifying new influencers to onboard to our program that can represent our brand.
• Cultivating Relationships: Provide quick and supportive communications with influencers to ensure our influencers feel supported and appreciated daily.
• Instilling Trust: Provide additional support for quarterly activations across all channels as needed. Support crafting emails for upcoming campaigns and launches.
• Customer Focus: Be excellent at multitasking, have a creative way of thinking, and be comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.

What background should you have? 

• 1 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of the influencer marketing industry.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Networking aptitude.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven; "get-it-done" mentality.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns is a plus.
