We provide independent medical exams through our multi-specialty doctor panel and exam offices throughout New York. Specializing in No Fault, Workers Compensation, and Liability exam reviews for the insurance industry..

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Claimants in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Experience managing moderate sized waiting rooms
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to drive to office location in Queens; Having access to a car is preferred
Note: This position is for a front desk receptionist in a IME office. Experience in a medical or IME office setting is preferred but not required.
