The HR Director will be responsible to partner with the management team to set and meet corporate goals and to collaboratively work with its employees in all aspects of the Human Resource function. The company is very focused on employee support. (They have had no furloughs for COVID). The successful candidate will have a well-rounded background in healthcare and experience with recruiting, employee relations and benefits, compliance, and knowledge of Department of Health and Labor regulations affecting healthcare. Additionally, the Director should have a deep understanding of HR best practices, outstanding people and problem-solving skills. This position reports directly to the Administrator Excellent salary, benefits are offered.
