Bloom Talent is Hiring a Chief of Staff to Founder at YC AI Startup Near Menlo, CA

YC startup focused on providing AI solutions for engineers is looking for a Chief of Staff to be a strategic partner to their solo Founder. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of 30 who just raised their first round of VC funding after being bootstrapped and are already profitable! You will support multiple facets of the company such as People Ops, Technical Ops, and Revenue Ops. Establish and streamline sustainable processes and act as an advisor and coach to the team on projects. Previous experience in an operational role, working cross-functionally in a startup environment is required. This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in-office based in San Mateo. 140-180K DOE equity, benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities:

Work across all aspects of our business to support the operations team as well as our engineering, product, sales, and finance teams.
Initial focus will be on streamlining Technical, People, and Revenue Operations, diving in where needed.
Establish and manage ongoing, sustainable processes and help maintain our strong company culture as we scale.
Provide operational support for our technical programs as needed.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team.
Create your own role after identifying what our organization needs and prioritizing your initiative creation / process development accordingly.

Qualifications:

3 years working in an operational or similarly highly cross-functional role.
Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment and helping bring order to chaos.
Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
Strong communication skills.
Available to work full-time in their San Mateo office.
