Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting: Stable Organization

Overview of the Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting role:

• Oversee and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and reporting process
• Supervise the production and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analytical reports
• Prepare and review appropriate journal entries, account reconciliations and account analysis
• Assist with the quarterly consolidation and annual audit
• Manage and develop assigned staff

Preferred Qualifications for the Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• MUST have working knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics- Great Plains and Management Reporter
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA is a plus
