Position Overview: As the Accounting Manager, you will lead the financial accounting team and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. Your proficiency in MS Dynamics GP and Management Reporter will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and generating insightful reports for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

   • Lead the financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

2. MS Dynamics GP Expertise:

   • Utilize in-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics GP to manage and optimize the accounting system.
   • Oversee system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.

3. Management Reporter Skills:

   • Lead the preparation and generation of financial reports using Management Reporter.
   • Design and implement financial reporting structures to meet business needs.

4. Team Leadership:

   • Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
   • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.

5. Month-End and Year-End Close:

   • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

6. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Collaborate with finance and business leaders on budgeting and forecasting activities.
   • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

7. Audit Coordination:

   • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
   • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
• 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Extensive expertise in MS Dynamics GP and Management Reporter.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
