Join our Platform Design team in this B2B2C role to transform how financial institutions deliver products through instantaneous, personalized, and proactive financing experiences across a financial institution’s entire portfolio of products. The engine behind this transformation is the Blend Builder: a low-code tool that empowers financial institutions to quickly release new world-class products to their customers in months instead of years.
As a Senior Designer, you’re exceptional in design craft and are keenly interested in translating complexities into streamlined experiences that accommodate technical and non-technical users alike. On the Platform Design team, you will be responsible for digging deep into the technical aspects of the platform and aligning them with our customers’ goals through the design lens. You’re a hands-on designer and well-versed in executing end-to-end: from product discovery, user research, and interaction design to visual execution.
To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $151,000 and $189,000. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
