Black Rabbit 3PL is Hiring a Company Controller Near Houston, TX
Black Rabbit 3PL was established out of a necessity in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry for a company that provides all the components of the industry that the client needs. Service is our hallmark. Our strategy is All-Inclusive and comprehensive, from picking up at the ports to shipping via freight providers or our own in-house last-mile delivery in Texas, Florida, New Jersey and California.

Reporting to the CEO, the company Controller will:
- Plan, organize, monitor, and train the daily activities of the accounting team.
- Advance knowledge of all the duties in the office including deal processing, daily deposits, A/R and A/P.
- Timely completion of month-end close and financial statements.
- Process daily and monthly reports.
- Prepare monthly bank & finance reserve reconciliations.
- Maintain internal controls and company processes and procedures.
- Process payroll using ADP.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance within warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with NetSuite is a must.
- Prior experience in the oversight and management of financial reporting.
- Ability to acquire understanding and rapidly absorb new information.
- Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic leader.
- Personable, action-oriented, and professional.
- Efficient and able to maintain poise in high pressure situations.
- Exemplify integrity, will strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, can-do attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
