Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for technology sales.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new leads
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior account managers
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
