BizTek People, Inc. is Hiring a Remote IT Project Manager
Title: IT CIS Project Manager
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location: Remote candidates (located in the following Time Zones PST, MST, CST )
Other: 5% travel regional possible
Pay Rate: $45-$52 W2 per hour with benefits
IT CIS Project Manager Overview
· In this role, you will drive multiple projects simultaneously which are focused on implementing and transitioning Customer Information Systems applications, tools, and technologies to the cloud (focused on legacy systems in small to medium sized organizations). You will work with 10-12 project team members & stakeholders.
IT CIS Project Manager Responsibilities
· Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
· Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting, estimates and delivering status reports to team members
· Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
· Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
· Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
· Conducting risk assessments for projects
· Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
IT CIS Project Manager Qualifications
· 3-5 years of project management experience (PMP certification is a plus) focused on Customer Information Systems projects
· Waterfall methodology required and CIS system experience in the manufacturing and banking industries preferred
· Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills to coordinate team members and management and explain technical issues
· Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
· Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
· Ability to travel 5% to regional locations in Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, WA, and Texas might be required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
