• Corporate Metrics Reporting – retrieve financial, sales, and operating data from across the organization and various data systems to publish an array of monthly reports to the senior leadership team (Project profitability, customer bookings and counts, EBITDA, operational metrics, etc.)
• Financial Reporting – Enhance and maintain monthly financial reports (assorted views of income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet) for senior management, and provide detailed variance explanations
• Monthly Business Reviews – develop and implement monthly financial reporting packages customized to each department, and take leadership of reviewing results with departmental leadership to identify/track/understand underlying trends
• Systems Implementation and Administration – with guidance from the CFO, serve as major stakeholder in design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Power BI.
• Financial planning – assist in regular updating of budget/forecast model, including project modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis
• Collaborates with IT to identify best solutions for pulling data appropriately from multiple applications.
• Proactively recommends revisions to statistical calculations when warranted by change in circumstances and/or new information received.
• Execute ad hoc analysis to support key projects and business initiatives
• Work with department leaders to create and continuously refine reports and provide strategical insights to help make well-informed decisions and recommendations

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 401K with company match, Flexible Vacation Policy, Health Benefits, Investment in Professional and Personal Development, and much more.
