Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep

We need your help to spread the word about Bin There Dump That! This position is a dual role - Inside Sales (Business Development Rep) and Customer Service (Dumpster Consultant). Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Previous experience developing leads and managing follow-up is preferred. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Present our company to potential clients
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill

Dumpster Consultant

A Dumpster Consultant (DC) is the first point of contact and is the voice of every local Bin There Dump That franchise. A Dumpster Consultant:

• Is friendly, upbeat, relatable, knowledgeable, and possesses top-level customer service and communication skills.
• Builds a relationship with the customer over the phone by engaging them in a consultation about their project.
• Fully understands the nature of the project to accurately estimate an appropriate size of dumpster to recommend to the customer.
• Builds value in your service by educating the customer about why Bin There Dump That’s service is unique and special
• Explains why we are known as the Residential Friendly dumpster service! The Dumpster Consultant is responsible for making the customer’s experience with Bin There Dump That Simple and Friendly.

Pay: $17 - $19 / hour
