Description
Join our dynamic Security and Services team as a PM (Project Manager Plus) to lead a talented group of developers and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features to our customers. This role involves close collaboration with the Product team, active participation in agile rituals, and ownership of the entire release process for our microservices.
Responsibilities
- Manage developers and projects to deliver high-quality features promptly.
- Collaborate with the Product team to groom user stories and manage sprint expectations.
- Work closely with developers to design, implement, review, and maintain software.
- Triage support team-identified issues and escalate as needed for swift resolution.
- Lead and own the entire release process of microservices.
- Facilitate and participate in all agile rituals to ensure team efficiency and alignment.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team.
