Junior Account Manager

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years’ experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others within the company

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities, engage and assist customers resulting in increased revenue
• Assist upper-level management in managing accounts acting as a liaison on behalf of our clients
• Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and been addressed with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Develop business opportunities by using strategic sales tactics, including customer development and relationship building
• Attend meetings and training classes to become proficient in products and services offered to our clients
• Maintaining professional client and vendor relationships.
• Qualify customers by matching the service that best fits their needs and assist the sales department through the activation process
• Assist the sales team to exceed sales goals and handle all inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
• Cultivate long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and orchestrating regular client check-ins.

Big Sur Technologies is a Managed Services Provider that fully supports technology for small and medium sized businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Due to our continuous growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Jr. Account Manager. We are searching for an individual who is willing to put in the hard work for the experience providing them the opportunity to move up within the company. The Account Manager will work alongside the Sales Operations Manager to drive sales opportunities, engage and assist customers throughout the sales cycle resulting in increased revenue. This individual will be the liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, based on customer needs and improving overall customer success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
