- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails and instant messages
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Strategically broker parts from outside vendors
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers

- Strong negotiation skills
- Must have great follow up skills
