DynaTen Corp is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Associate

DynaTen (a Comfort Systems USA Company) has been successfully providing Commercial Service and Construction Solutions to the greater North Texas market. DynaTen is seeking a Service Inside Sales Associate to join our team! This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will help execute our organization’s strategic goals and manage key customer relationships. Additionally, this is a position that offers long-term career growth in service operations and beyond.

Responsibilities

· Maintain the relationships of our existing house accounts and our national accounts.

· Take leads from our field service technicians and convert these opportunities into bid proposals in a timely manner.

· Converts leads into opportunities by leveraging the Comfort Systems sales process and leveraging the appropriate internal resources.

  • Consistently uses the sales tracking (CRM / North Boundary) estimating suite to maintain information and new opportunities.
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking material.
  • Regular inquiries into the status of open opportunities.
  • Consistently ascertains customer needs and current market opportunities.
  • Maintains a competitive advantage by learning about competitors’ activities and reporting to management.
  • Performs needed evaluation for the customer, then generates quotes and closes orders.
  • Coordinates with dispatch on scheduling of work.

· Develops and maintains multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization.

Requirements

· Industry experience preferred.

· Read, analyze, and interpret information.

· Highly organized

· Write reports and business correspondence.

· Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external clients.

· Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest commissions, and percentages.

· Ability to identify customer’s needs and translate into sales opportunities.

· Problem solve

· Adapt to individual and teamwork environment.

· Valid driver’s license

· Professional appearance

· Strong interpersonal skills, achievement oriented, self-motivated, and organized

· Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Working Conditions
