Beyond A Resume seeks a Research Associate for our biotech client in Rockville, MD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical trial sample processing includes isolation of PBMC from whole blood, plasma separation and cryopreservation of samples.
• Immunostaining of clinical samples for flow cytometry analysis.
• Flow cytometry analysis of clinical samples.
• Maintain laboratory records and sample management in LIMS.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
• Participate in management of laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• BS or MS degree in life sciences (e.g., Biology, Cell biology, Immunology) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience with handling of immune cells and processing of whole blood and bone marrow samples.
• Familiar with immunostaining for flow cytometry experiments.
• Familiar with performing flow cytometry on instruments such as BD FACS Lyric and data analysis using FlowJo software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
