The Director of Human Resources will report to the Vice President of Administration and Operations. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for retaining personnel files, keeping abreast of all personnel policies, coordinating the annual revision to the Personnel Handbook, and overseeing the hiring process.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with three years of experience in Human Resources or related field required. Minimum of five years supervisory experience in an educational setting preferred. Must possess proficiency in computer skills.
