About the Role
As a key member of the Talent Management function, this role is part of a team responsible for attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining BetMGM’s greatest asset, it’s people.

We’re looking for someone to work closely with learning and performance program managers, leaders, and other HR stakeholders to develop, execute, and evaluate a variety of talent programs and processes. In this position, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing employee onboarding, learning and leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives during this exciting time of company growth.
