Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of talent development strategies that align with the organization's goals and values
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent development needs and design tailored programs to address them
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to source and implement external training solutions when necessary
• Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent development or a related field
• Strong understanding of talent development principles and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
