Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or field sales role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related industry is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
