Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by building and nurturing relationships with other companies through in-person networking. You will serve as the face of Best Option Restoration of Parker, actively engaging with potential partners and clients to promote our services and explore mutually beneficial business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients and partners through in-person meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Leverage in-person interactions to effectively communicate our value proposition and showcase our capabilities and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight our expertise and address the unique needs of potential partners.
  • Track and report on sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of interactions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with others and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong networking skills, with a passion for engaging with people face-to-face and building genuine relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Willingness to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate networking events and meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation:

  • Hourly base pay: $16-$36, with commission based on results.
