About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Foundation and Head of Community Impact. This role is pivotal in leading and driving strategic growth across the community- and philanthropic-oriented functional groups, including community relations and the foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic direction, ensuring successful implementation of annual operating plans, and building and maintaining relationships to enhance the Foundation's mission. They will also oversee governance, manage the team, and mentor on all aspects of governance, including Board member appointments and policy decisions. Fiscal and operational management, serving as the primary spokesperson, and leading fundraising efforts are also key aspects of the position.Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of senior nonprofit management and/or corporate social responsibility experience, with a strong background in fundraising strategies unique to the nonprofit sector. A commitment to the community, children, and families is essential, as is the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. The role requires excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to engage and motivate staff, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of organizational development, financial management expertise, and a proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive development plans. Experience in the sports industry is also a requirement for this position.
