Qualifications

• JD required
• Admission to Massachusetts Bar required
• Strong academic credentials
• Broad experience in Real Estate Financing including loan origination, large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, asset management, and workout experience
• Experience in loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, is preferred, as well as asset management and workout experience.

The anticipated base salary will be between $245,000 - $340,000, depending on level and experience. The firm offers generous bonus structure and excellent benefits
