What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate.
- Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of development accounting is a plus.
