Amo Realty is a real estate brokerage that services all of Massachusetts.
We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week. We've had the same system for over 16 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents.
Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, was originally founded in Boston. Amo is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company covering over 20 metropolitan areas across 9 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.
New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000-$200,000 or much more.
We typically give our agents:
- Around 7 Buyer leads per week
- Around 2 Commercial real estate leads per week
- Around 1-2 Seller leads per week
- Around 10-20 Apartment renter leads per week (Optional)
- A Massachusetts Real Estate License is Required
- Real estate sales experience is required

- We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
