LHH is currently assisting one of our clients bring on a T&E Paralegal in Portland, Oregon! The ideal candidate will have 5 years of trust and estate experience.

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, correspondence and related documentation for probate matters (including annual accountings), and trust admin matters
• Must be able to assemble info for federal and state estate tax returns; prepare initial draft returns; coordinate all aspects of filing estate tax returns
• Must be able to manage calendar of reporting and filing deadlines for estate/trust administration and tax reporting process
• Must be comfortable working with numbers and financial statements
• Manage estate and trust distribution process
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a T&E Paralegal
• Must have excellent proofreading, written and oral communication skills
• Must be familiar with handling trusts, estates, probate, etc

Salary: $75,000-$100,000

Benefits: Medical, PTO, Mass Transit Stipend, etc

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
