We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, data entry, and social media management. ```Responsibilities```
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases with employee information
- Assist with payroll processing using systems such as Paylocity, Oracle, or UltiPro
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives for employees
- Manage social media accounts to promote company culture and job openings
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or similar software
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
