**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. They'll listen carefully to clients, ensuring their needs are met, while identifying opportunities to grow these accounts. Must have a proven track record of success in account management, particularly with large, high-value clients in our industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the main point of contact for all account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Utilize Salesforce tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in account management
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets
