Seeking a professional individual that will participate in keeping our Commercial Shopping Center parking lot clean and facilities maintained.
This full time position includes sweeping commercial parking lots with diesel truck mounted regenerative air/broom sweeper and operation of leaf blower around inaccessible areas, as well as general maintenance items including but not limited to: pressure washing, landscaping, repair work, cleaning windows, moving furniture and fixtures, and hanging decorations.
Required Qualifications:
-Dependability
-Must have own reliable transportation to get to work.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Certified or willing to become certified on Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and various other equipment used around the property.
-Must be able to work graveyard and flexible schedule.
- Good attitude and the ability to work both independently and with others.
-Good organizational skills with an eye for detail based on the services our company provides.
-Must have clean driving record/ minor mechanical skills and be willing to work flexible hours
-Minimum Age of 22 for insurance.
