We are hiring for our maintenance person Division. This job entails performing various repairs and maintenance on properties. Must have a clean driving record. The typical candidate will have experience in various small/large repairs. Which would include but not limited too drywall, fence/deck building, framing, carpentry and other various repairs. We are a tight knit team looking to find the right person to fit into our company. This position has great potential to advance in the ranks of our company. We are constantly growing. Ideal Candidate will be proficient in working by themselves or in a team. Minimum 1-2 years of construction/maintenance experience. Ability to drive a trailer is a plus. Must be insurable to drive company vehicle. Must be willing to submit to a background check paid for by company. Must be willing to sign our substance abuse policy and abide by it.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour
