T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Lead Cloud Project Manager to support the Hill Component Enterprise Data Center IT Operations and Maintenance Services program located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment. As the Cloud Onboarding Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies and systems into our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end IT onboarding projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IT onboarding processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT teams, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align on project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of IT onboarding projects.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to leadership, summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and functionality of newly onboarded IT systems.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related field with ten (10) or more years of related professional experience. A Master's Degree and 8 years of experience or a PhD and 5 years of experience may be substituted.
- Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and architecture.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) certifications are required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
