Join the HR Department of BEI Hawaii’s leading distributor of agricultural and industrial chemicals, fertilizer and specialty products.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of employee files, monthly reports and other key vendors
• Enter employment data into computer database
• Assist with the recruiting process, including job postings (inhouse and online) and scheduling interviews
• Hiring process with onboarding and processing paperwork and forms for new hires
• Tracking and updating employee leaves of absence and summarizing an annual report
• Various other HR related job functions as needed and as assigned

Skillsets:

• Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, organized
• Monday thru Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
