This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You’ll write estimates provided by the Project Manager for projects ranging from basic apartment turnovers to complete remodels.

• Build relationships with vendors and help troubleshoot their issues.

• Work with the Project Manager to estimate timelines, strategize resources, and achieve collective results.

• Become proficient with our construction project management software, BuilderTrend.

• Order parts and supplies for projects and stay informed of market trends and costs for materials and equipment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Critical: You are resourceful, and your creative problem-solving skills will be used as you find solutions to problems that arise in the field and in the office.

• Critical: You stay organized and complete tasks on time.

• You have at least two years of experience in either the construction field, apartment management, or project management.

• You have at least an intermediate knowledge of basic Google Suite products, are a proficient typer, and can learn new software given appropriate training.

• You are excellent in situations that require strategic organization of information.• You understand outstanding teamwork is the best way to meet and exceed goals.

• You’re dependable at providing comprehensive methods for monitoring activity. Others can count on you to plan thoroughly and coordinate details.

• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
